Day 1 - Ho Chi Minh arrival

Welcome to Ho Chi Minh, you will be collected by our local guide at the Airport. Then transfer back to the hotel and check-in. The room is at your disposal from 02:00 PM onwards. The balance of the day at your leisure. Meals on your own. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 2 - Ho Chi Minh city tour - Cu Chi Tunnels

08:00 – 08:30 AM: Pick up at your hotel and start the city tour included:
Independence Palace (the Reunification Palace) was built on the sight of the former Norodom palace. War Remnants Museum which has a vast display of both the Indochina wars. Notre Dame Cathedral & Central Post Office the beautiful structures from the French Colonial times Jade Emperor Pagoda with the peaceful atmosphere & many stories behind each detail of the pagoda.
12:30 PM:
Lunch time with a famous Phở restaurant (Vietnamese noodle soup).
02:00 PM:
Depart around 1,5 hours through the pleasant countryside before arriving at Cu Chi Tunnels – the historic site where Vietnamese soldiers used as a shelter during wartime. This fantastic network stretches over 250 km and is the shelter of Vietnamese soldiers during the wars.
06:00 – 07:00 PM:
Be dropped off at your hotel. Dinner on your own account. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 3: Ho Chi Minh - Day trip to Mekong Delta

Depart from your hotel for My Tho, the town lies on the left side of the Mekong River. Boarding the sampan and cruising down the river around the four beautiful islands: Dragon, Unicorn, Phoenix and Tortoise islands. Stop over at Unicorn Island, go walking around country lane and seeing orchards, enjoy tropical fruits, folk song music. Riding a hand-rowed sampan through Thoi Son canal. Visit the family business, visit honey-bee farm, enjoy honey tea and coconut candy workshop. Have lunch at local restaurant. Cycling around the Tan Thach village, meet the local villagers to experience the local daily life in the Mekong Delta. Visit the fruit plantation.
05:00 – 05:30 PM:
Drop off at your hotel. Dinner on your own. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 4 - Ho Chi Minh - Fly to Hanoi

Free on your own until our driver comes to pick you up to transfer to the airport to take a domestic flight to Hanoi.
Once arrive, you will be warmly welcomed by the tour guide and driver to transfer to the hotel to check in. The room will be at your disposal from 02:00 PM. Meals on your own. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 5 - Hanoi - Halong Bay

07:45 – 08:15 AM: Picked up by cruise shuttle bus to another fascinating land – the gem in the north of Vietnam – Halong Bay.
12:00 PM:
Take a tender to the main cruise and have lunch.
02:00 PM:
Visit a grotto of spectacular stalactites and stalagmites and anchor for a relaxing swim in a hidden cave. Dinner on the cruise. Overnight on the cruise.

Day 6 - Halong Bay - Hanoi

In the morning, refresh your body and mind with a Tai Chi exercise on the sundeck at the break of dawn. Have tea and coffee onboard and continue exploring Ha Long Bay sailing across its 2000 islets and visiting some of its major highlights. Normally, check out at 09:30 AM, have a buffet brunch while cruising back to shore. Disembark and transfer back to Hanoi.

Day 7 - Hanoi Departure

You are free to relax until being transferred to the airport (without tour guide) for your departure flight. Room is at your disposal until noon time. Meals on your own. End of tour.

• Tips, insurance, laundry, phone calls
• Any kind of drinks (alcohol, Mineral, aerated, bed tea on tour or any other snack while waiting at airport or waiting for jetty )
• Camera fee, soft or hard drinks & starters
• Medical & travel insurance.
• Additional costs due to flight cancellation etc. Cost incidental to any change in the itinerary/ stay on account of flight cancellation due to bad weather, ill health, and/or any factors beyond control.
• Any compulsory room supplements on tour
• Tips, Laundry, telephone, optional excursions and other items of a personal nature.
• Any items or services not specified in the itinerary 'TOUR PRICE INCLUDES' head.
• Early Check-in or Late check - out (subject to room availability)

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

• Costing given above is based upon minimum of 04 Adults.
• Decrease in number of passengers would increase the cost of the package
• Cost may change without further notice depending upon dollar component & Taxes.
• Yaariyan Holidays would require 60 % advance at the time of confirmation of the package and the balance before 7 days Departure of the group.
• Hotel Check in time is 1400 hrs. and Check-out time is 1200 hrs.
• Early morning checks in is subject to the availability of the rooms as per the standard hotel norms.
• All names & passports are required at the time of confirmation along with rooming list.
• No bookings have been made as of now. I would appreciate your understanding of the fact that these rates have been negotiated with the suppliers based on immediate conformation to them. If we take significant time in deciding than cost would increase for the similar package.

Cancellation Terms (Pax beyond min. guaranteed figure):

• 10 days before departure - 30 % of the Package
• 09 Days - 05 days before departure - 70 % of the Package
• 05 days before departure - 100% of the Package
